Elkton, MD 21921
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
We're seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in Elkton, MD. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping prospective residents find their next home.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities
- Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries
- Assist with leasing applications and resident paperwork
- Maintain strong resident and prospect relationships
- Support occupancy and leasing goals
- Assist with marketing and outreach efforts as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
