We are looking for detail-oriented individual to join our team in Citrus Heights, CA.
The right candidate will serve as the operational and business development hub of the Select Commercial Division, supporting commercial agents through the Signature Select Commercial Listing Concierge Program, marketing, technology, research training, business development, and implementation of strategic growth initiatives designed to expand the division across multiple states.
Essential Functions:
- Administer the Signature Select Commercial Listing Concierge Program.
- Manage the Select Commercial marketing inquiries, servicing as the primary point of contact for agent marketing and listing support, and referral coordination.
- Administer the Commercial Lead Routing Program.
- Coordinate uploads and maintenance for MLS, LoopNet, CoStar, CREXi, and company websites and serve as the division resource for these systems.
- Coordinate the production of Commercial offering memorandums, flyers, executive summaries, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Help coordinate and participate in monthly Commercial meetings, webinars, and training resources.
- Assist with Commercial newsletters, website updates, SEO content, and social media.
- Help maintain KPI dashboards, referral tracking, and Commercial databases.
- Coordinate Commercial affinity relationships and business development initiatives.
- Assist in the development of and implementation of new commercial systems, policies, technology platforms, marketing programs, and operational initiative to support the continued growth of the Commercial Division.
- Assist the Commercial Division Manager and Commercial Program Manager with strategic growth initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong organization, and project management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and quality control skills.
- Ability to learn and utilize new technology platforms and software applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in commercial office, industrial, retail, investment, and leasing transactions.
- Experience in Farm & Ranch, land, and Business Opportunity transactions.
- Working knowledge of CoStar, LoopNet, and CREXi.
- Experience coordinating commercial marketing campaigns, offering memorandums, property websites, digital advertising, and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of Commercial leasing and sales terminology, underwriting and investment analysis.
- California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker’s License or experience working in a commercial brokerage environment.
