$18–$25 per hour, based on experience
Overtime available
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Some flexibility outside normal hours is required

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Groundskeeper to handle year-round property, building, and outdoor maintenance in Garrison, NY. This hands-on position combines groundskeeping, landscaping, snow removal, facility repairs, and general building maintenance.
The ideal candidate has several years of maintenance experience, is comfortable working across basic trades, and can independently operate outdoor power equipment.

Maintenance & Groundskeeper Responsibilities:

• Maintain buildings, grounds, walkways, and outdoor areas throughout the property

• Perform mowing, trimming, leaf removal, landscaping, and seasonal cleanup

• Handle winter maintenance, including snow removal, plowing, and salting

• Complete general building repairs involving carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, patching, and painting

• Operate lawn equipment, power tools, and other grounds maintenance equipment safely

• Identify property or equipment issues and complete or coordinate repairs

• Assist with facility preparation and support for events and special functions

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept property

• Support other maintenance and facility projects as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–5 years of maintenance, facilities, property maintenance, or groundskeeping experience

• Hands-on experience with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and repairs

• Experience operating outdoor power equipment required

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

• Must be able to successfully complete a background check

• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage daily maintenance priorities

• Must be available for occasional events and weather-related work outside the regular schedule
