Requirements
- Mandatory Preemployment Drug Screening Required
- Vehicle Required
- Minimum 2 years security, law enforcement, or military experience
- Active Nevada PILB Guard Card (Required)
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Integrity, respect for others, and personal accountability
- Willing to give a hard day’s work for a hard day’s pay
- Drug free including Cannabis and THC
- Black Duty Belt & Radio Pouch & Tan Pants and Tan or Black High-Top Boots by first shift!
- Must have high powered flashlight.
Duties
- Maintain a visible security presence
- Use de-escalation and conflict resolution skills
- Badging Verification
- Patrol and monitor assigned locations
- Handle incidents and report accurately
- Control access and enforce site rules
- Provide excellent customer service
- Mandatory Desert Tortoise Training
