We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for driving project success by leading teams, building strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has a history of successfully managing large-scale commercial projects and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the successful execution of large commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

\n

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project teams.

\n

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, clients, architects, and key project stakeholders.

\n

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance.

\n

• Identify project risks, develop solutions, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.

\n

• Foster collaboration across field and office teams while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

\n

• Champion a strong culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $160,000 – $210,000
