Job Title: Junior Project Manager
Pay: $100,000 - $120,000K
Location: Remote with up to 25% Travel (Columbus, Cincinnati, Dallas, Richmond)
Summary:
In this hands-on delivery role, you will lead critical enterprise IT projects including ERP consolidation, CRM implementation, data platform builds, and AI initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise IT projects with practical involvement in applications like ERPs (IFS, Sage Intacct, or similar), CRM, and construction-adjacent systems (ServiceTitan, Procore/BuildOps).
- Demonstrated experience with vendor management, data migration, and system integration projects.
- Hands-on experience with project delivery across multiple workstreams, including scope, schedule, risk, and financial management.
- Ability to work independently in a maturing PMO, managing less-defined processes and navigating operational challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects such as ERP, CRM, and data platform initiatives.
- Develop realistic project schedules considering operating constraints and field workloads.
- Manage project risks, issues, and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, change management, and adoption activities.
- Establish and maintain project management standards and templates.
- Produce executive status reports covering project milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Support data migration, integration, and reporting deliverables, ensuring data quality and system trustworthiness.
- Manage AI and automation initiatives, including use case evaluation, pilot execution, and benefits realization.
