Job DescriptionQuality Assurance Manager | Direct Hire | Day Shift | Support two locations – Holyoke, MA and New Britain, CT | $90-130K/yr. | Full Benefit Package | Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

What’s a typical day as Quality Assurance Manager? You’ll be:
• Managing internal audits, including documentation, processes, and procedures to ensure quality standards are met
• Leading external audits conducted by municipalities and accreditation bodies
• Writing, maintaining, and reviewing all SOPs, instructions, and administrative processes to maintain sample integrity, certifications, licenses, and accreditations
• Overseeing documentation control and maintaining ISO compliance while following Good Laboratory Practices
• Ensuring accuracy and integrity of recorded data in logbooks and electronic systems
• Coordinating special projects with the Chief Scientific Officer
• Staying organized and multitasking effectively in a fast-paced work environment, including working overtime as needed to maintain compliance
• Supporting a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-sufficient and independent

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• Have at least 2 years of ISO experience (ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 preferred)
• Possess experience with the CORE Compliance Platform (preferred)
• Bring analytical chemistry experience (preferred)
• Are a minimum of 21 years of age and can be approved for a DCP ACER License
• Are comfortable performing basic math and repetitive motions, and can stand and/or walk for extended periods
• Thrive in both team and independent work environments
