Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems and keeping facilities running smoothly? We are seeking a Facilities Associate to support daily maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, and facility projects across multiple Arizona locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine building maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks and work orders
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors
- Support facility improvement projects
- Maintain inventory, tools, and maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of facilities, building, apartment, commercial maintenance, or handyman experience
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical work indoors and outdoors
- Strong customer service and communication skills
