Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities Include:
<ul>
<li>Assist with day-to-day maintenance operations, including basic repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks</li>
<li>Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance</li>
<li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies</li>
<li>Maintain facility equipment and tools in good working order</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations</li>
<li>Support overall cleanliness and upkeep of the building and grounds</li>

Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:

Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)

Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
