Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facility operations and supervise repair technicians.
- Schedule and coordinate spindle repairs.
- Review repair reports, costs, and estimates.
- Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment failures.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong mechanical or electromechanical background.
- Knowledge of precision bearings and high-speed rotating equipment.
- Experience with bearing and mechanical failure analysis.
- Machine tool service, machining, or grinding experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
