Additional Compensation:
- 10% Annual Performance Bonus
- 5% Quarterly Incentive Plan

The Maintenance Reliability Manager will oversee maintenance personnel, equipment reliability initiatives, spare parts management, process improvements, budgeting, technical training, and continuous improvement efforts across 25 production lines.
Responsibilities
Maintenance Leadership
- Lead all maintenance department activities including mechanical, electrical, machine shop, and reliability functions.
- Manage 7 direct reports and oversee a maintenance organization of more than 50 employees.
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with all company safety standards.
- Drive a strong floor presence and actively engage with maintenance and production teams.
- Evaluate team performance and support employee development and training.
Reliability & Preventative Maintenance
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventative maintenance programs.
- Reduce equipment downtime and improve overall equipment reliability.
- Track maintenance metrics and identify opportunities for machine and process improvements.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance planning systems.
- Develop maintenance budgets and spending plans.
Manufacturing & Process Improvement
- Improve production efficiencies and machine performance.
- Lead initiatives to reduce downtime and improve changeover times.
- Develop and document process control characteristics.
- Support implementation of new manufacturing technologies.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve operational performance.
- Develop and revise operating procedures and technical documentation.
Technical Leadership
- Serve as a technical resource for equipment reliability and manufacturing processes.
- Partner with vendors on technical issues and equipment improvements.
- Lead technical training programs for maintenance and process personnel.
- Support product trials and commercialization activities.
- Analyze trial results and prepare technical reports using statistical methods.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing industry experience.
- Minimum 7 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience leading maintenance teams within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing preventative maintenance programs.
- Knowledge of maintenance planning systems and work order software.
- Experience managing spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
