Who you work with matters. We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to build experience through buyer interactions, property showings, and open house activity while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for someone who enjoys working directly with people, staying active in the field, and learning how successful agents create long-term momentum in real estate.


You will gain hands-on experience meeting buyers, conducting property tours, hosting open houses, and helping clients explore homes that match their goals. Through consistent exposure to active buyers, you will learn how to ask better questions, understand client needs, communicate property value, and create a positive experience throughout the home search process.


Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will learn proven systems for follow-up, client communication, scheduling, and relationship management. The focus is on developing habits that create consistency while building confidence through real conversations, appointments, and transaction activity.


As you continue growing, you will develop the skills needed to manage your own buyer relationships and guide clients through important real estate decisions. This opportunity provides a pathway toward greater responsibility, stronger production, and long-term growth within the business.

Compensation:

$140,000 at plan commissions


Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
  • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
  • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
  • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
  • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

  • Present yourself in a professional manner
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • A real estate license is required
  • Great communication
  • Sales experience
