Job DescriptionMaintenance TechnicianPosition SummaryPaisley Park is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. This position is responsible for maintaining the building, grounds, equipment, and overall facility operations to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and visitors.The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facilityTroubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systemsComplete preventative maintenance tasks and maintain maintenance recordsRespond promptly to maintenance requests and facility issuesConduct inspections of equipment, building systems, and groundsAssist with event setup and breakdown as neededMaintain a safe and organized work environmentCoordinate with vendors and contractors when necessaryEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesQualificationsPrevious maintenance technician, facilities maintenance, or building maintenance experience requiredWorking knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair practicesAbility to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independentlyStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periodsValid driver's license preferredAbility to work weekends and maintain a Tuesday–Saturday schedule
