We are seeking an IT Intern to join our 3Qube Consulting team! You will work with other IT team members to support an on-premise IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze tools data and generally daily reporting using templates
- Assist users with basic IT support issues like Outlook, printer, application level support
- Create change management requests and manage documentation for the change management board
- Understand user requirements and document procedures for IP development
- Review data/logs from capacity management/IT management tools for analysis and work on tasks for remediation as needed
- Consult with managers to implement new computer systems
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, computer science, or other related fields
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and routing
- Ability to evaluate software systems
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
