Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:What You’ll Do

• Meet with buyers and sellers, understand their goals, and guide them through the real estate process

• Manage real estate transactions from consultation through closing

• Convert qualified leads using proven CRM, follow-up, and sales systems

• Prospect for new business and generate additional real estate leads

• Deliver exceptional client service that drives referrals and repeat business

• Host monthly team open houses and connect with prospective buyers

• Manage your calendar, pipeline, and daily workflow effectively

• Participate in University Sales Training, coaching, and weekly sales meetings

Qualifications:What We’re Looking For

• Active Real Estate License required

• Bilingual communication skills preferred

• Full-time availability with a strong commitment to client service

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and real estate technology

• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, driven, coachable, and committed to professional growth

• Previous real estate sales experience and proven results preferred

• Strong organization, time management, and follow-through

• Positive, solutions-focused, can-do attitude
