Job Description
- Design and execute automated IVR test scripts using Cyara (Velocity / Pulse / Voice Assure).
- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of IVR and contact center applications.
- Validate call flows, prompts, routing, ASR, TTS, and DTMF scenarios.
- Integrate Cyara automation with CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results, log defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
- Support release validation, UAT, and production monitoring.
- Work in Agile environments ensuring high-quality IVR solutions.
Required Skills
- 7+ years in IVR / Contact Center QA & Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cyara tools.
- Good understanding of telecom, VoIP, SIP, and call flow testing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
