Job Description
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management IRM and Now Assist (Generative AI) capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow IRM solutions while leveraging Now Assist AI features to enhance risk, compliance, audit, and policy management processes. Now Assist for IRM uses generative AI to summarize records, identify risks, review controls, and improve decision-making within IRM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow IRM modules:
- Policy & Compliance Management
- Risk Management
- Audit Management
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
- Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Implement and customize Now Assist for IRM use cases and AI-driven workflows.
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Integrations.
- Configure AI-powered summarization, risk identification, control assessment, and issue management capabilities within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and support activities.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM.
- Experience implementing Now Assist / Generative AI capabilities in ServiceNow.
