Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and curious QA Analyst to join our growing product and engineering team. In this role, you’ll help ensure the reliability and quality of our platform by testing features, identifying bugs, and supporting the product release process.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
- Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements and expected behavior
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable
- Assist in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and QA documentation
- Validate data accuracy and workflows across the platform
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to quality discussions
- Help improve QA processes and testing standards over time
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on quality assurance testing
- Has done both hands-on and automation testing or at least just hands-on testing.
- We need someone with the patience of manual testing.
- AI aptitude to leverage AI in building test cases, scripts, etc.
- Solid communication skills
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in QA, software testing, or a related field (internships included)
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to clearly document issues and communicate findings
- Familiarity with web applications and modern browsers
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
- Exposure to API testing (Postman or similar tools)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum environments
- Interest in automation testing (no prior experience required)
