Job DescriptionAssistant Maintenance Technician Location: Temple, TX 76502
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position SummaryASAP Personnel is seeking a qualified Assistant Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities• Complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with HVAC repairs and troubleshooting.
• Perform plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Support apartment turns and make-ready projects.
• Conduct unit and property inspections.
• Maintain amenities and common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
• Track and complete work orders accurately.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.Qualifications• Relevant apartment industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license where applicable.Preferred Qualifications• Apartment industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
