<li>Working knowledge of fabrication shop practices and safety procedures preferred.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.</li>
<li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.</li>
<li>Ability to safely operate applicable tools and equipment after receiving required training.</li>
<li>Maintain a professional demeanor and interact courteously and effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and visitors.</li>
<li>Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. </li>
