Apex Commercial Cleaning LLC | Evening Accounts
Apex Commercial Cleaning LLC is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Contractor to service an assigned commercial facility and maintain professional cleaning and sanitation standards.
Compensation
- Monthly commission based on the assigned account and scope of services.
- Compensation is agreed upon before services begin.
- Consistent monthly service opportunities.
- Additional account opportunities may become available as Apex continues to grow.
Monthly compensation is based on the contracted cleaning services and assigned account.
Service Schedule
- 3 days per week
- Evening service window beginning around 6:00 PM
- Contractors must reliably complete the assigned services within the agreed service window.
- Some flexibility may be required based on the facility's needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, common areas, and break rooms.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces.
- Remove trash and properly dispose of waste.
- Restock restroom and break room supplies when included in the assigned scope.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs to Apex.
- Follow applicable safety and chemical-handling requirements.
- Maintain the quality standards and scope of services agreed upon with Apex.
Requirements
- Residential cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Must hold a valid driver's license.
- Reliable personal vehicle for travel to the service location.
- Ability to comfortably perform the physical tasks associated with cleaning.
- Responsible, punctual, honest, and detail-oriented individual.
- Positive attitude and commitment to service quality.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
Independent Contractor / 1099
This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position.
Selected contractors will be required to complete a Form W-9 and enter into an independent contractor/subcontractor agreement with Apex Commercial Cleaning LLC.
Contractors are responsible for their own applicable taxes, insurance, licenses, transportation, and business expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The contractor is responsible for providing the contracted cleaning services and meeting the agreed scope and quality standards.
