Job Description

\n

We are seeking a full-time QA Engineer to own testing for our pharmacy software platform. You'll test new features before release, build automated test suites, hunt regressions, and document results for a compliance-regulated healthcare system. You'll work directly with the Engineering Lead and developers to make sure what ships actually works.

Key Responsibilities

\n

- Design and execute test plans for new features across web UI, APIs, and hardware integrations (scanners, scales, label printers)

\n

- Write and maintain automated tests (Cypress end-to-end, Jest unit/integration)

\n

- Perform manual exploratory testing on staging with realistic pharmacy data

\n

- Reproduce, document, and track bugs through to verified fixes

\n

- Build regression checklists for critical workflows (prescriptions, lots, packaging, verification)

\n

- Produce validation documentation supporting GAMP 5 / 21 CFR Part 11 compliance (IQ/OQ/PQ test evidence)

\n

- Participate in release sign-off

\n


\n

Qualifications

\n

- 1+ years in QA/testing, or strong CS fundamentals with testing coursework/projects

\n

- Familiarity with test automation (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar)

\n

- Basic JavaScript/TypeScript ability to write and maintain automated tests

\n

- Comfort with APIs (Postman or similar) and reading logs to isolate issues

\n

- Methodical, detail-obsessed, and clear in written bug reports

\n

- Healthcare/regulated-industry experience is a plus
