QA Manager - Web & Mobile

Job Description

You will lead the transformation of QA teams towards AI-enabled, automation-first quality engineering. You should have proven success in expanding automation capabilities across web, mobile, APIs, and e-commerce journeys. The role requires hands-on expertise with modern automation frameworks and tools, along with the ability to leverage AI for test generation, risk analysis, and regression optimization. You will embed automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines and establish testing standards and KPIs across global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Drive AI and automation transformation within QA organizations.

\n

• Design scalable end-to-end automation architecture for web, React Native mobile, APIs, and complex e-commerce platforms.

\n

• Use tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Detox, Jest, Cucumber/BDD, REST Assured, Postman, and BrowserStack.

\n

• Apply AI across testing lifecycle for test creation, coverage, risk detection, defect analysis, and regression efficiency.

\n

• Embed automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines to enable faster, reliable releases.

\n

• Lead initiatives to establish BDD/TDD practices and automation standards.

\n

• Define measurable quality KPIs and promote their adoption among onshore and offshore teams.

\n

Required Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Proven success leading QA automation transformation to AI-enabled models.

\n

• Proven QA Manager who has led large teams (50+ people) and enterprise-scale QA automation transformation - not an individual contributor/technical lead who is simply strong in automation.

\n

• Own QA strategy, modernization road map, automation adoption, operating standards and measurable quality KPIs.

\n

• Lead transformation from limited automation to an automation-first, AI-enabled Quality Engineering model.

\n

• Architect or oversee scalable E2E testing across web, React Native mobile, APIs (REST/GraphQL) and customer/eCommerce workflows.

\n

• Lead technical decisions for tools/frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Detox, Jest, Cucumber/BDD, REST Assured, Postman and BrowserStack.

\n

• Deep expertise designing scalable automation architectures across web, mobile, APIs, and e-commerce.

\n

• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks/tools including Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Detox, Jest, Cucumber/BDD, REST Assured, Postman, and BrowserStack.

\n

• Extensive experience in web, mobile, API (REST/GraphQL), and end-to-end automation.

\n

• Demonstrated ability in leveraging AI for testing lifecycle enhancements.

\n

• Ability to embed automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.

\n

• Strong leadership in establishing testing standards, KPIs, and practices across teams.
