Extended Learning Programs Coordinator
Hamadeh Educational Services | Temporary, Part-Time
Locations: Dearborn Heights, Canton, Westland & Detroit
Hamadeh Educational Services is seeking an Extended Learning Programs Coordinator to oversee GPS Solutions staff and support school-day, before-school, after-school, and summer programming.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate staff.
- Provide instructional support and professional development.
- Oversee curriculum and program implementation.
- Monitor data, student progress, and program outcomes.
- Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and program logistics.
- Ensure compliance and required documentation.
- Collaborate with school leaders and staff.
- Support recruitment and staff performance.
- Lead family engagement and outreach.
- Support program improvement and strategic initiatives.

- Star International Academy – Dearborn Heights
- Star International Academy – Canton
- Universal Learning Academy – Westland
- Universal Academy – Detroit
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- 3–5 years of teaching and/or curriculum development experience
- Experience in school leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft productivity applications
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field
- K–12 core content expertise (ELA, Math, Science, etc.)
- Experience supervising staff and managing performance
1.75 hours/day
