Compensation:
$150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
- Meet with home sellers and conduct listing consultations
- Present pricing and listing strategies based on market conditions
- Convert seller opportunities into signed listings
- Manage seller follow-up and future opportunities
- Review and negotiate offers and contracts
- Guide clients through the listing-to-close process
- Follow proven listing systems and sales processes
- Participate in training, coaching, and accountability
- Deliver exceptional 2nd Mile Service
Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a North Carolina-licensed Real Estate Agent who is confident working with sellers and ready to grow their listing business.
- Active North Carolina Real Estate License required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Confident meeting with homeowners and presenting listing opportunities
- Comfortable discussing pricing, CMAs, and market conditions
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Consistent with follow-up and pipeline management
- Coachable and committed to proven sales systems
- Professional, accountable, and client-focused
