Overview: We are seeking an organized Maintenance Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for the upkeep and organization of our warehouse, office, and property.
Duties:

<li>Keeping our warehouse clean and organized.</li>
<li>Receiving materials and assigning them to jobs</li>
<li>Notifying the foremen about materials</li>
<li>Coordinating returns with purchasers</li>
<li>Basic property maintenance and repairs (upkeep of systems)</li>
<li>Delivery / Pickup of materials</li>
</ul>
Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

<li>Organization skills are a must</li>
<li>Good communication skills</li>
<li>Pride in workmanship</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. &amp; climb stairs &amp; ladders</li>
<li>Valid drivers license &amp; clean driving record</li>
<li>Knowledge of basic building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills</li>
