QUALITY INSPECTOR SUPERVISOR

A growing manufacturing company in Itasca, IL is looking for a Quality Inspector Supervisor to lead the inspection team and help ensure products meet customer and internal quality requirements.
\n
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong background in manufacturing quality inspection who can lead a team, troubleshoot quality issues, and work closely with production and engineering.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the quality inspection team
- Perform and oversee dimensional and visual inspections of manufactured parts
- Review inspection results and ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T
- Use precision measurement equipment including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools

QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of manufacturing quality inspection experience
- Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Experience with precision measuring equipment
