Our real estate management company is currently looking to recruit someone with strong background skills in Administrative work. Must have 2-5 years of experience with Affordable Housing and familiar with the RealPage application of OneSite. Must have a valid Driver's License and own transportation. We do provide full coverage with benefits. M-F position available 8:30am-5:30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors with a friendly demeanor and directing them appropriately
  • Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and efficient call routing
  • Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and recordkeeping using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email and offering helpful solutions
  • Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports
  • Support bookkeeping activities using RealPage OneSite, including invoicing and collecting rent.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee general office management duties to ensure a productive workspace

Skills

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
  • Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and document preparation
  • Familiarity with front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and customer service best practices
  • Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required; personal assistant experience is also valued
  • Ability to manage calendars effectively and prioritize tasks using strong time management skills
