Job Title: Full-Stack Developer
Work location: Pittsburgh, PA
Duration: 12 months
Pay Range: $(50.00 - 55.00)/hr on W2 all-inclusive without benefits
Must Have: Java, Springboot, Microservices
Good to have: Angular
Technical:
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Core Java, Spring Framework, databases (SQL, Snowflake, Oracle), and frontend development
Strong hands-on expertise in building RESTful microservices using Spring Boot.
Strong hands-on experience in developing frontend applications using Angular; experience with the latest Angular versions is an added advantage
Demonstrated commitment to achieving 100% unit test coverage for both backend services and frontend applications, with a strong quality-focused mindset
Experience with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) using Gherkin syntax for feature files
Proven experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with an automation-first approach
Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Windsurf
Soft skills:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and work seamlessly across teams
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take ownership of assigned deliverables, perform thorough code reviews, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
High level of accountability and commitment
Good to have/ Developmental skillset:
Hands-on experience with automation and performance testing tools, including Playwright and JMeter.
Experience using Zephyr Scale for test management and traceability
