We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of approximately 500,000 square feet across multiple properties located throughout Denver, Aurora, the Western Slope, and surrounding Colorado areas.

The portfolio includes a diverse mix of commercial properties and related real estate assets.
\n
This position is ideal for an experienced commercial property manager who is comfortable independently managing a diverse portfolio, has strong commercial financial knowledge, and enjoys being actively involved with their properties and tenants.

Commercial Property Manager Responsibilities

- Manage a commercial portfolio totaling approximately 500,000 square feet
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse mix of commercial properties
- Actively visit assigned properties throughout Colorado, including Denver, Aurora, and the Western Slope
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, vendors, and other business partners
- Manage and interpret commercial leases and lease requirements
- Handle commercial property financials, including budgets, operating expenses, CAM reconciliations, variance reporting, and financial review
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendor services, and capital projects as needed
- Monitor tenant issues and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
- Work closely with a shared Assistant Property Manager for administrative and property support
- Maintain accurate property records, reporting, and documentation

Commercial Property Manager Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Minimum 5 years of direct commercial property management experience required
- Strong experience with commercial property financials
- Experience with retail, industrial, office, or other commercial property types
- Strong knowledge of commercial leases, CAM expenses, budgeting, and reconciliations
- Yardi experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple properties and competing priorities
- Must be comfortable with regular property visits and travel throughout the assigned portfolio
- Professional communication and strong tenant/client relationship skills
- No direct employee supervision is required
