Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance & repair
- Adhere to all safety standards & SOPs
- Provide preventative maintenance on all equipment – troubleshoot & repair
- Manage small facility projects
- Install equipment & systems
- Support HVAC maintenance & troubleshooting
- Perform electrical installs & wiring
- Perform plumbing installs & piping
- Support other Techs
- Support external contractors & vendors
- Respond to alarms
- Working knowledge of facilities federal & state regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma
- 2+ years of facilities/maintenance experience
- General repair & troubleshooting skills
- General written & communication skills
- Working knowledge of computer systems
