Corporate Cleaning Group is hiring a dynamic Mobile Field Lead to support night-to-night service coverage across our northern and central Grand Rapids commercial facilities.
Working closely alongside our Territory Manager, you will help maintain quality control, assist with onboarding new team members, and step in to ensure client accounts run smoothly each evening.

Pay & Compensation
- Starting Rate: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
- Additional Coverage: Paid drive time plus gas stipend
- Vehicle Perk: Company vehicle access available for site-to-site travel
Schedule & Hours
- Days: Monday through Friday (No weekend or holiday shifts!)
- Start Time: 6:00 PM
- Shift Length: 6 to 8 hours per night
- Weekly Hours: Approximately 30 to 40 hours per week
Service Region
Primary locations include Greater Grand Rapids, Walker, Rockford, and Downtown Grand Rapids.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for evening site coverage and quality assurance.
- Perform routine quality audits across commercial and medical client locations.
- Provide direct cleaning support when needed, including surface disinfection, floor care, trash removal, and restroom maintenance.
- Assist in onboarding and training new cleaning staff on proper facility protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and dependable personal vehicle for travel between accounts.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to pass standard background check compliance.
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, and perform facility care tasks throughout the shift.
