Technology Lead
Looking for a Technology Lead Developer with relevant 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft D365 CRM solution. This role requires extensive experience and expertise in D365 CRM customizations, developing custom AI/Copilot-led functionalities in the telecom domain and managing complex integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Salesforce to D365 CRM migration project.
- Design and implement custom AI/Copilot functionalities.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify and implement alternate solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem to replace Salesforce custom-built functionalities.
- Oversee and manage complex system integrations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the project team.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
Candidates with extensive experience on D365 CRM CE and Salesforce are preferred.
