We are currently seeking a Residential / Apartment Maintenance Technicians&nbsp;with IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Apartment Maintenance Technicians&nbsp;Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion (work orders include but are not limited to plumbing, electrical, painting, and trouble-shooting appliances)</li>
<li>Estimate time and extent of repairs</li>
<li>Perform routine preventive maintenance</li>
<li>Maintain material and supply inventory</li>
<li>Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary</li>
</ul>
Apartment Maintenance Technicians&nbsp;​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in residential maintenance (apartments, townhouses, houses, hotels, etc.)</li>
<li>*Must have your own reliable transportation</li>
<li>Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>HVAC certification helpful but not required</li>
<li>EPA certification helpful but not required</li>
<li>CPO certification helpful but not required</li>
