Who We're Looking For
The Scott Fine Homes Group seeks motivated, ethical real estate agents who have established momentum and are ready to elevate their business. If you're actively producing but feel constrained by your current broker's culture, technology, support, price point, and compensation, our team is designed to help you scale strategically.
This opportunity is ideal for agents focused on growth, aiming to increase both transaction volume and price point—especially in markets north of I-20 throughout the Atlanta Metro Area.
Ideal candidates will:

- Value integrity, professionalism, and ethical decision-making
- Be interested in developing relationships, not just transactions
- Be comfortable and proficient in leveraging technology to further growth and enhance communication with prospects and clients
- Conduct real estate as their full-time occupation
- Be producing at least 4 transactions per year
- Have a minimum of $1.25M in annual closed transaction volume
- Be motivated to increase average price point and overall production
- Be coachable, growth-minded, and open to proven systems
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a desire to build a sustainable business
