POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Leads the functional design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle EPM Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead discovery sessions to understand current financial and budgeting processes
Configure Oracle Fusion Financials using cloud best practices
Configure Oracle EPM Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and budget book creation
Align EPM processes with the PGCPS fiscal and budget cycle
Support functional testing, UAT, and go-live activities
Provide post-go-live functional support and stabilization

REQUIREMENTS:

10+ years of experience working with EPM and/or Oracle Cloud
Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials
Experience with Oracle EPM Planning and budgeting solutions
Public-sector financial and budget process experience
Strong functional configuration and user-facing skills
Experience in supporting go-live and hypercare periods
