Role Description This full-time Licensed Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in the Sonoma County and surrounding areas, with a mix of in-person client work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting buyer and seller consultations, showing properties, preparing and presenting offers, and managing transactions from contract to close. The agent will perform comparative market analyses, advise clients on pricing and market trends, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and work closely with lenders, title companies, and other professionals. The role also involves maintaining a high standard of customer service, attending team meetings and trainings, using CRM and marketing tools, and representing Jana Adams & Associates and LPT Realty in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications

- Active Real Estate License in California and a desire to learn and understand Real Estate practices and regulations.
- Demonstrated Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and effectively closing Real Property transactions or other sales opportunities.
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and respond promptly to client needs.
- Knowledge of areas in Sonoma, Marin, Napa, Mendocino, the housing market, including neighborhoods, pricing trends, and local regulations or drive to learn.
- Proficiency with using a CRM (customer relationship management system), online listing platforms, and basic digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Reliable transportation for property showings and in-person client meetings throughout the North Bay Area.
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as required by client schedules.
- Prior experience in real estate or in a related sales role is strongly preferred.
