POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
Join our engineering team and help us take the big step toward automating cooling tower structural design. You’ll get hands-on experience working with real engineering templates, extracting design rules, and turning them into algorithms that can power future automation. Think of it as combining engineering problem-solving with coding smarts.

<li>Review calculation templates (Excel &amp; Mathcad) for beams, columns, braces, and connections</li>
<li>Translate engineering logic into easy-to-follow algorithms</li>
<li>Build simple automation scripts (Python or VBA)</li>
<li>Document workflows with flowcharts and decision trees</li>
<li>Test and validate your work against real engineering designs</li>
</ul>

QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Currently pursuing Civil Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (junior, senior, or M.S.)</li>
<li>Comfortable with Excel (bonus if you know VBA)</li>
<li>Some coding experience (Python preferred, MATLAB works too)</li>
<li>Strong problem-solver who enjoys figuring out how things fit together</li>
<li>Interest in the crossover between engineering design and automation</li>
</ul>

BAC Hiring Compensation Range $22 - $28 per hour.&nbsp;
BAC provides additional earnings in the form of overtime as applicable under law.&nbsp;
