We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Level 3 Security Officer to protect a client property, maintain a secure presence, deter threats, and respond effectively to emergencies. Reporting to the Security Manager, the officer will prioritize patrol and perimeter security, monitor site conditions, and enforce security policies. The role requires active armed credentials and the safe, responsible handling of authorized firearms while on duty.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine site patrols and maintain perimeter security.
• Deter threats and maintain a visible security presence throughout healthcare facilities.
• Defuse tense situations and manage public conflicts using professional communication and tactical de-escalation skills.
• Document daily activities and maintain accurate shift logs.
• Prepare detailed incident reports for management and law enforcement coordination.
• Enforce security policies and manage access control.
• Handle authorized firearms safely and responsibly while on duty.
• Travel routinely between nearby sites as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
