- Thought leader who will assess requirements and create a test strategy
- Hands-on builder and tester where needed
- Understands AI tools to apply light automation to bootstrap test org
- Understands and can setup CICD pipelines using AWS tools
- Have experience with SW testing for Robotics platforms
