We are currently looking to hire independent agents that we will give the tools to set a few more appts a month and earn more money at the end of the year. Join our growing team that stretches across the OKC Metro. Our independent agent program is simple. You earn 80% on every transaction you generate up to a $15,000 cap; after that, you keep it all.
Compensation:
$75,000 - $125,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:
- Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
- Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
- Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
