Through step-by-step coaching and honest and straightforward expectations, you will develop the daily habits and the professional confidence needed to build lasting and genuine success rather than burning through your early months relying on guesswork, trial and error, and hoping the next deal somehow finds you.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

What you will be doing on a daily basis includes generating leads and following up with professionalism and consistency, attending regular training and coaching sessions that continuously build your confidence and sharpen your approach, and setting appointments for both buyers and sellers as your pipeline and your capabilities grow together. You will nurture client relationships through phone calls, emails, and structured follow-up systems while keeping your CRM accurate and fully up to date and tracking your activity and progress toward both your individual goals and the broader goals of the team around you.

Occasional in-office presence is required for this role, so candidates must be local to the area and available to come in when needed.

Compensation:

$102,400 - $192,500 yearly


Responsibilities:

  • Set appointments for both buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Nurture client relationships through phone, email, and follow-up systems.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM to track your progress and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and foster a supportive environment.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and learn from experienced agents daily.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients through various channels.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared objectives.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client interactions and track progress.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and follow up consistently with leads and clients.
