Rustic Mountain Estates is looking for a reliable, experienced Lead Construction Foreman to take ownership of a wide range of residential projects—from remodels and home maintenance to new construction builds.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a job site, coordinate work efficiently, and keep projects moving forward.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations on residential construction projects
• Oversee remodels, new builds, and maintenance work
• Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Problem-solve on-site and keep jobs progressing smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in residential construction
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage job site activity
• Dependable, organized, and solutions-oriented
• Comfortable working across a variety of project types
• Team player with a strong work ethic

Project Area:
Work is primarily based between Ellensburg and Snoqualmie Pass, with occasional projects outside the area (additional compensation provided for travel).
