Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience supporting network change windows, including pre/post-change validation and MOP execution
- Knowledge of Cisco SD-Access (SDA) or similar Software Defined Networking (SDN) environments
- Experience with enterprise Physical Security platforms such as Genetec Security Center or Lenel OnGuard
- Troubleshooting IP camera infrastructure (AXIS or similar)
- IT support experience including provisioning, imaging, asset tracking, onboarding, and offboarding
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Ability to support recurring weekend change windows
- Comfortable working across multiple internal teams
Preferred Skills:
- Genetec Security Center or Lenel OnGuard certification
- CCNA or CCNP certification
- AXIS Certified Professional
- ServiceNow or other ITSM platform experience
- PowerShell or Python scripting
- Experience supporting facilities or environmental monitoring systems
- Background in financial services or healthcare environments
