We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility on the 3rd shift. In this vital role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of equipment and systems to ensure smooth production operations. Your expertise will help optimize machinery performance, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards across our manufacturing environment. DUTIES
-Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and electrical components.
-Troubleshoot and repair machinery issues using technical manuals and analytical skills.
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
-Conduct repairs involving welding
- Assist with tasks, including working with scissor lifts and other industrial equipment to access hard-to-reach areas.
-Support safety protocols by inspecting for hazards, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, and participating in safety meetings
-Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and reduce downtime.
SKILLS
-Extensive experience working within a manufacturing facility environment with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices
-Skilled in hydraulics, welding, electrical work (low voltage and high voltage), and mechanical repairs
-Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and mechanical drawings accurately
-Strong analysis skills for diagnosing complex equipment issues efficiently
-Experience operating scissor lifts or similar access equipment safely
-Excellent communication skills in English to document and work clearly and collaborate effectively with team members
