We are currently seeking a General Service Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. The position is an entry level position that requires an interest in the automotive industry and minimal technical capability.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally do non-technical automotive service repairs while ensuring our high customer satisfaction levels are achieved
- Perform all tire and wheel related services while following our oil change and vehicle inspection procedures.
- Responsible for cleaning and maintenance in the service department, exterior of building, tire and parts storage areas.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company and customer vehicles is required.
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Basic math skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with customers, associates and management.
- Providing your own tools is a plus.
- Ability to use tools associated with tires, wheels and oil changes including impact gun and sockets, standard/metric wrench and socket set, screwdriver, and oil filter tools.
