Position Overview:
Under general supervision and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the Project Control Analyst will support the management and administration of multiple contracts supporting the government.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project setups
- Ensure invoices are billed in accordance with contract requirements
- Submission of monthly invoice to customers
- Track and resolve outstanding Accounts Receivables
- Analyze, understand and report on unbilled balances when needed
- Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of all assigned project related financial information.
- Review of contract funding levels for contract-required limitation of funds notifications
- Project analysis to include budget vs actual, funding requirements, estimates to complete and staffing levels
- Assist with pricing existing and new opportunities.
- Review travel expense reports verifying the expenses are in accordance with the JTR
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Position Requirements:
- US Citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or directly related experience
- Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint preferred
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (GAR) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) preferred
- Must be detail oriented and able to work within specified deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel and Word
- Strong written and verbal communications, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and requirements.
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear ability to take ownership of issues and pursue potential resolutions through to completion.
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment
