Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
TA Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral in Cullman, AL is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Server to join our team! In this role, you'll help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for our guests while guiding and supporting front-of-house staff. Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor front-of-house serving staff to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner throughout the dining experience
- Monitor dining room flow and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Train new servers on service standards, procedures, and company policies
- Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, beverage stations, and buffet zones
- Assist management with opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant or food service experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, guest-first attitude
- Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
