Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
A day in the life
Imagine starting your morning on the production floor, moving from receiving to final assembly with a calibrated eye. You review incoming materials against specifications, confirm dimensions using calipers and gauges, and log every result with precision. Midday, you partner with production to flag a subtle variation, document non-conformances, and help trace the root cause. By afternoon, you’re validating corrective actions, confirming finished goods meet customer requirements, and ensuring your workspace is tidy, organized, and safe. Every check you complete helps products leave the building with confidence.
What you’ll do
- Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Confirm products align with company specifications and customer requirements.
- Detect and document defects, discrepancies, and non-conforming materials.
- Maintain thorough inspection records and quality documentation.
- Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teammates promptly.
- Support root-cause investigations and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Operate and read measuring tools and inspection equipment confidently.
- Keep your area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Adhere to company quality procedures and safety standards at all times.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing is required.
- Ability to interpret specifications and work instructions with accuracy.
- Comfort with calipers, tape measures, and gauges is a plus.
- Clear communication skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
