Job Title: IT PC Refresh Technician

Job Description
We are seeking an IT PC Refresh Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in PC hardware refresh, endpoint deployment, and customer support and a proven ability to execute device builds, swaps, and deployments while resolving end-user issues promptly.
Responsibilities:
· Install and support endpoint software for refreshed devices.
· Build, swap, and deploy PC equipment and accessories to end users.
· Provide guidance and explain IT policies and procedures to end users.
· Troubleshoot end-user PC, network, printing, and application issues.
· Diagnose, research, and resolve routine end-user incidents and requests.
· Document work in the ITSM tool and escalate issues to the appropriate team as needed.
· Provide Level 2 day-to-day operational support to end users.
· Maintain detailed ticket documentation including actions, resolution steps, and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 1–2 years in a customer support role with technical knowledge of company products, services, and IT systems.
· Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications.
· Disciplined, systematic problem-solving and time-management skills.
· Hands-on use of service desk and remote tools such as Bomgar and other remote desktop programs.
· Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
· Professional written and interpersonal communication skills.
· High school diploma or equivalent. IT-related coursework or certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
· Certifications: Windows 10/11, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ITIL v4 Foundation, Dell Proven Professional.
· Availability for after-hours support during emergencies, critical troubleshooting, or maintenance.
